Tulap Falls



It is located at Masipi East Cabagan Isabela a recently discovered waterfall. It will take you at least an hour to travel from the centro of Cabagan to the said falls. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes because the road on the way to the destination is not in good condition. The beauty of the place is breath-taking, to its crystal clear waters and its giant rocks that are scattered in the place.
